Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Power BI etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (Python, XML, or ETL frameworks)
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with ERP and planning tools (Oracle, Prophet, 360, ATOM) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is beneficial.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment.

Aufgaben

  • Material Planning & Availability Management
  • Manage global replenishment planning and ensure optimal stock levels across regional warehouses.
  • Monitor material availability, identify shortages, and coordinate urgent allocations to avoid customer impacts.
  • Track shipments, validate ETAs, and maintain stable inventory positions through proactive follow-up.
  • Forecasting & Data Analytics
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve monthly spare parts forecasts using IB, ACI, demand, scrap and logic-based relationships.
  • Analyze and validate data sets, detect data quality issues, and implement corrective actions across systems (Prophet, Oracle, ...).
  • Provide deep-dive analytics and develop insights to support decision-making on critical items, stocking levels, and cost structures.
  • Reporting & Power BI Dashboard Development
  • Create, develop, and maintain dashboards such as Demand vs Supply, Budget vs Spending, IR, Critical Items, and Hit Rate.
  • Improve visualization quality, automate refresh cycles, and ensure data consistency in reporting tools.
  • Deliver monthly KPI analyses with clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Process & System Improvement
  • Support NPI processes, including item setup validations and data checks via Jira workflows.
  • Drive automation, optimize workflows, and enhance reporting and planning tools to increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with production, suppliers, sales, and process engineering to enable smooth end to end processes.
