Automation Solution Consultant (f/m/div)

Über uns

Your responsibilities:

• You advise and support business units throughout their digital transformation journey and identify automation potential.
• You develop and implement automation solutions based on UiPath.
• You design and realize agentic AI solutions that independently analyze processes, make decisions, and act.
• You serve as an interface between business and technology — you speak both languages.
• You train and empower colleagues in the business units to operate and further develop automations independently.
• You drive the internal development of an automation ecosystem and best practices.
  

Your profile:

• You have a completed degree in business administration, (business) informatics, (industrial) engineering, digital business management, data science, or a comparable field of study.
• You have several years of work experience in developing and rolling out RPA solutions using UiPath.
• You are familiar with working with Agentic AI – you plan und implement autonomous AI agents that act independently, make context-based decisions, and interact with other systems.
• You have knowledge in stakeholder management and in providing advisory support to business departments, and you are a team player with strong communication skills who enjoys contributing your expertise to cross-functional collaboration.
