Your Responsibilities

• Shape the future of Advantest’s ECAD and MCAD tools and processes inside Hardware R&D
• People Management of the CAD tools & processes team
• Work with different functional areas and customers to understand requirements and develop innovative solutions
• Lead and coach the team in delivering improvements to our CAD tools and processes
• Hire new team members and develop the team towards independent, innovative and high-quality project execution
• Responsible for delivery against specific targets and assigned projects.
• Build a vision and strategy for the team, derived from Advantest’s overall goals

Your Qualifications

• Degree in electronics/electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in working with CAD design tools in product development
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Good team, communication and organizational skills
• Strong customer focus and structured, independent working style
• Advanced English and German language skills
• Proven ability to develop teams, foster individual talents and maintain a positive team spirit
