Profil

• Master's degree in business administration, or in technical, engineering, /science or another related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Systems Engineering skills (etc. V-model, aspice)
• Hands on experience on organizational change management and transformation
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Supplier management experience
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS-Project,...).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good German language skills (>B1)

Aufgaben

• Lead complex, multi-functional, projects with multiple stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Work closely with the project teams, support e.g., in Requ. mgmt or Integration- & Test mgmt.
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team and project environment.
• Work closely with the Product Life Cycle process owner on the constant improvement of the company's processes.
• Travel might be necessary according to project needs.
