Your Responsibilities
As a Senior BPR & DX Project Manager, you operate at a high professional level with end-to-end accountability for major, business‑critical BPR/DX projects.
You are responsible not only for delivery, but also for setting goals and targets at department or management-team level, ensuring that transformation initiatives deliver sustainable business value.
This role works very closely with business owners to understand their pain point, envisioning user journey and business value of required solution. Acts as a key advisor to senior management, challenging business owners on the scale and execution of transformation to increase business value, particularly in high risk situations where errors in judgement would significantly impact the business.
- Own and govern large-scale, complex and strategic BPR/DX projects with enterprise-wide impact.
- Set clear goals, targets, KPIs, and success criteria for assigned program/project for a department or management domain.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with value realization, and long-term operating model evolution.
- Take ultimate responsibility for scope, budget, timeline, risk, and value delivery on project
Executive Decision Support
- Provide professional and technical guidance at an expert level, especially in high-risk, high-impact decision contexts.
- Proactively identify trade-offs, dependencies, and systemic risks across process, data, governance, tools, and organization.
Delivery
- Lead end-to-end project phases including:
- Business case definition (value, benefits, ROI) with Business Process Champion
- Target Operating Model design (process, data, governance, tools/solutions, organization)
- Tool/solution evaluation and implementation
- Change management, communication, and adoption
- Stabilization, benefits realization, and formal sign-off
- Ensure strong collaboration with Business Process Owners, Process Champions, and IT.
- Drive fact-based, timely decision-making by enabling stakeholders to understand end-to-end business value.
INTEGRITY
- Contribute to the continuous development of customer centric BPR/DX methodologies, governance, and best practices.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and high-performance collaboration across global, cross-business teams.
Responsibilities include:
Leadership on project
Required
- Extensive experience leading major BPR, DX, or enterprise transformation projects
- Deep expertise in project and program management methodologies (PMBOK, hybrid, agile-at-scale).
- Strong capability in business value definition, operating model design, and change execution.
- Ability to provide expert-level judgment in complex, ambiguous, and high-risk situations.
- Excellent global communication skills in English; Japanese is a plus.
Professional Profile
- Recognized expert in BPR/DX and transformation program leadership, internally and externally.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strategic mindset combined with execution discipline.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and business acumen.
Additional Skills Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in Change Management, Agile / Scrum, Product Ownership
- Background in Business Architecture
- Lean Six Sigma or similar business/process analysis certification
