Profil
- Master / Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineer or supply chain management
- Strong Supply chain and supplier management skills, preferred in electronic and mechanical assemblies
- Several years of experience in strategic supplier management, ideally with contract manufacturers
- High level of negotiations skills, able to drive to win-win solutions
- Deep understanding of global supply chains, procurement and commodity strategies, and regulatory requirements
- Analytical thinking, pragmatism, and the ability to clearly structure complex relationships
- Superior communication skills (cross-functional, supply chain, cross-cultural) across hierarchy levels, fluent English & German language skills (verbal & written)
- Strong self-management, sets proper priorities, able to coordinate and influence x-functional teams
- Proactive working style and ability to work on multiple tasks in cross functional teams
Aufgaben
- Strategic supplier development: Establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with contract manufacturers
- Supplier strategy & portfolio management: Defining product group strategies, selecting new partners, and optimizing existing relationships
- Integration of new products: Ensuring the smooth integration of new products into the supply chain
- Performance management: Developing and implementing KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement programs
- Contract & risk management: Negotiating framework agreements, ensuring compliance, and minimizing risk
- Cross-functional collaboration: Close coordination with R&D, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
