Profil

  • Bachelor's, master's, or university degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, materials science, physics, or a comparable field
  • In-depth knowledge of PCBA design, manufacturing, and testing, acquired through relevant professional experience; ideally certified IPC A-600 and IPC A-610 specialist
  • Excellent analytical skills in solving technical problems, including remotely and with partners
  • Experience with supplier development and supplier audits in the EMS sector, ideally certified as process auditor acc. VDA 6.3
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work in an intercultural environment, strong self-management, coordination and communication skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to travel 5-20% of the time

Aufgaben

  • Assures manufacturing, quality and reliability of technically challenging PCBAs throughout the outsourced supply chain
  • Auditing and development of printed circuit board PCBA suppliers in accordance with Advantest's quality and technology requirements
  • Development and implementation of strategies for continuous process monitoring of outsourced PCBA manufacturing with the aim of consistently receiving and delivering the highest quality products
  • Drives resolution of technical issues on PCBA-level at and with our EMS providers
  • Develops, maintains and shares expertise of PCBA-design, PCBA-production and automated test of PCBAs
