Team Support / Assistant (m/w/d) - R&D Hardware Logistic for Equipment Calibration + Project Coordination

Your Responsibilities
- Identifying the measuring devices that need to be calibrated (calibration date list)
- Locating the devices within the R&D area
- Coordinate with owner/user when calibration can be carried out
- Organize shipment/return to manufacturer / calibration institute
- Dealing with queries or issues during process (repairs, delays, replacement)
- Project Support Team: Coordination and planning of lab space/project areas, personnel
and time slots for project development support tasks (PLC).
Your Qualifications
- Technical background preferred
- Understanding of measurement equipment, calibration and handling of sensitive equipment
- Completed vocational training in a technical sector / bachelor of engineering or comparable
- Enhanced knowledge in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), WeShare and ticket systems (eg. Jira)
- Good language skills in german and english
- Enhanced skillset in self organization and planning with multiple cooperation partners and schedules
- Profound communication skills to align with engineers and manufacturers/suppliers
- Cooperation with other teams in R&D Hardware and other departments
- Ability to move sometimes heavy equipment (15kg, tools provided)
