Your Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to pre-onboarding.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, active sourcing).
• Conduct interviews, negotiate offers and collaborate closely with hiring managers and business units.
• Close collaboration with staffing agencies; Selection and handling of Vendors
• Maintain and develop further the applicant tracking & career system and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
• Extend Sourcing channels and work on Employer Branding activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruiting, ideally in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in English and German.
• Preferred: Strong knowledge of active sourcing and modern recruiting tools.
