Your Responsibilities

  • Design and contiuously improve end-to-end inventory management process for Raw Material, WIP, FGI inventory, ensuring to maximize sales and minimize excess and obsolete (E&O), in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ensure processes are scalable and aligned with business growth and strategic goals.
  • Develop the process to maintain and adjust buffer inventory based on the alignment with stakeholders, taking risks and opportunities into account.
  • Provide the tools that enables inventory management process to be implemented effectively and efficiently by collaborating with Business Process Reengineering & Digital Transformation (BPR&DX) team.
  • Define, document, and maintain inventory management processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to measure inventory performance.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.
  • Ensure inventory practices comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage inventory related projects and facilitate communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to improve inventory management process.

Your Qualifications

  • Comprehensive and solid experience in Supply Chain Operations and/or inventory
    management (in a complex/global organization, highly preferred).
  • Capability of data analysis and financial knowledge in inventory management.
  • Experience in formulating and deploying inventory management process.
  • Experience in improving operations as key user of inventory management tool (e.g. Oracle,
    SAP EWM, or any other ERP/WMS).
  • Skills of stakeholder management and communication management to effectively collaborate
    with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong Leadership and decision-making skills as well as very good analytical skills
  • Strong communication, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at different
    levels and across different teams in English.

    Additional Skills Preferred:
  • Experience with cost simulation tools in inventory management.
  • Certification such as CSCP, CPSM, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in supply chain.
